Property tax representation, statewide
Taxation without representation.
NOT A POLITICAL ORGANIZATION
We don't care who you vote for. We care how much you pay in property taxes.
We lower your property tax bill. You only pay us if we save you money.
Most Texans who fight their property taxes hire someone to do it. It takes two minutes, and we'll represent you and fight your property taxes. It costs nothing to sign up.

Meet Revere.
A nine-banded armadillo, the official state small mammal of Texas. His mission is ours: to save Texans billions of dollars on their property taxes. He rides to the county so you don't have to.
Eighty-five seconds
Revere explains the whole thing.
What the county's number is, what we do about it, what it costs, and what the Declaration is. From the armadillo himself.

The Royal Estimate
The county's number.
Every spring the appraisal district mails you a value for your house. It comes from a computer, a neighborhood average, and a set of sales. Nobody asked you. It stands unless somebody protests it, and four in five Texas homes let it stand. We call it the Royal Estimate.
How the county's number is madeThe taxes are coming!
See what the county has you at. It costs nothing to sign up. You only pay us if we save you money.
We don't care who you vote for. We care how much you pay in property taxes.

Then and now
1773 / 2027.
Same complaint. Better paperwork.
The Declaration
We are the representation.
One form appoints us. After that, we do the year's work and you hear from us when something happens.

- 01Your homestead
File your exemption. Free.
If the house is your primary residence, the first thing we do is file your homestead exemption. No charge, ever. It is worth about $845 to $1,743 a year at school rates, depending on your county.
- 02Every spring
Protest the county's number.
One form, the Declaration (Form 50-162), appoints us. We protest by May 15 and argue your case in person, on your behalf, in the informal meeting and in front of the review board.
- 03The bill
Pay only if we win.
If the number comes down, our fee is 30% of that year's tax savings, invoiced once, later in the year. If it doesn't, we held the line: you owe nothing, and we go again next April.
Good news, or no bill
One number. That's the whole price.
30% of the tax you save, and nothing at all if your taxes don't go down. No signup fee, no minimum, no charge for the exemption filing. Here is what last year's average Harris County reduction looks like on the bill.
